"Punctual and Professional Service"
Arrived right on schedule and even sent a text to let me know he was en route. Super professional, polite, and did an awesome job going over the system and demonstrating how to operate it. Tidied up after finishing and left everything looking sharp and functioning perfectly. The touch screen keypad is really nice and user-friendly. I'm quite happy and will surely suggest their services to others.

"Our Church's Safety Boost in Grand Prairie"
We got our church building all set up in Grand Prairie, Texas, thanks to Fort Knox Home Security & Alarm. After chatting with Drew, we were convinced that Fort Knox was the way to go. They came out and got us all set up right away and did it like pros! The technician, Joe, walked us through the new system and was super helpful with all my questions! We're really pleased with our new setup and the mobile app that comes with it!

Fantastic service and solid info on how CCTV works. They’re still offering free help with any CCTV queries. The price is quite fair for an excellent system. I’d definitely suggest it.

"Superb Help from the Installation Tech!"
The technician who set everything up was incredibly knowledgeable and really helpful in showing us how to operate the equipment. It was sweltering out there (around 98°F), probably hitting 110°F in the attic. He kept at it for about five hours straight! I kept suggesting he take a breather in the air-conditioned house, but he was determined to wrap things up. Once he was done, he took the time to sit down with my wife and me, guiding us through the system's usage. Sean, the technician, truly went the extra mile to make sure we could handle the monitored alarm system! Big thanks to you, Sean!

"Fantastic Experience"
Sean was incredible! He was straightforward, professional, fast, and super knowledgeable. Plus, he was really polite and not just walked in with a mask, but kept it on the whole time. Can't even count how many times we've had companies send folks over without masks. To me, that just showed how much he respected our space. They fit us in and managed to come out the same day, which I know is hard to come by. We're really grateful and would definitely suggest these folks to anyone who inquires.
